You can access the module in Management > Settings > Club and Platform Settings > Platform Configuration.
Click on Edit and you can change some parameters yourself. However, most of them can only be changed by us upon request. Let us know at support@eosclub.app.
General description – a description displayed in the About Us dialog.
Show billing address publicly – an option to display your billing information, such as address, tax ID, etc., publicly in the About Us dialog box.
Recommend EOS – settings to display the link to the Recommend EOS partner program: for management only, for management and team leaders, for everyone, or to disable the link entirely.
Password reset link validity – for security reasons, the password reset link requested by a member will expire after the configured time.
Maximum file upload size – a technical parameter primarily intended for internal use.
Allowed languages – the languages in which your platform can operate. Every member can choose the language they want to use on the platform.
Hide title from desktop homepage – some logos explicitly include the name of the club/organization. In some cases, the logo is a direct graphical representation of the name. For such cases, it is appropriate to hide the text name of the club/organization on the login page and display only the logo.
Enhanced Privacy – the enhanced privacy feature automatically hides a member's contact details from other regular members. Each member can set this privacy level in their profile. This mode applies globally across the platform.
Profile Picture Changes – allows members to change their profile picture. Disable this option if you want to maintain control over members' profile pictures.
Bulk Invitation Actions – disable the bulk invitation feature if you want to prevent unwanted mass invitation dispatches.
Additionally, we can configure the following for you:
Determining Age – the age limit for an individual's majority on the club platform, meaning the age until which contact information for at least one responsible representative is required for the member.
Age for Data Changes – the age limit after which a member can independently change their contact and other details or submit requests for their modification to the management. They can also grant consents specifically set to be granted “according to the age for data changes.”
Mandatory Representatives – the minimum number of legal representatives a member must include in their contact information if their age is below the set decisive age.
Jersey Number Format – in some sports or organizations, the jersey number is numerical, while in others it may include letters or other characters. If the latter is the case for you, we will configure a setting to allow you to record such numbers.
Interval for Personal Data Review – the number of months after which members will be automatically prompted by the platform to review and, if necessary, update their contact and other important details.
Medical check-up – an option to specify whether members are required to submit medical examination reports, or whether all medical examination features should be removed from the platform.
Medical check-up validity range – the number of months a submitted medical examination remains valid. The subsequent validity date for each examination is based on the date provided during submission by the member, which is later confirmed (or adjusted) by the management during request approval.
Changes in Member Data – by default, changes in a member's contact information are reviewed and approved by the management through a request. Alternatively, the platform can be configured to allow members to save their personal data directly without submitting a request. In this case, the management will not be notified of the change, and it will be immediately recorded in the member's database entry.
Data Review – Consolidate All Data into a Single Tab – for instance, if you collect less data about members and do not wish to categorize it into different sections.
Data Review – Setting for Reviewing Personal Data – whether the personal data review can be performed only on the web version or also in the mobile app.
Confirmation of membership – the platform allows the generation of membership confirmations. It is possible to set what will be displayed on such a confirmation – whether only the member's active status or also to which team and in which season they belong.
Allow Member to Download Membership Confirmation – an option to specify whether a member will be allowed to download their membership confirmation themselves.
Allow foreigners to enter a personal identification number – If enabled, a foreigner (a member with a nationality other than the club's country) will be able/required to enter a valid personal identification number according to the club's country.
Allow an exception to the personal identification number – If enabled, every member will be able to request an exception to the personal identification number. If you urgently need to collect personal identification numbers from all members, do not enable the exception.

Also, set the reward amount for each new member referred. The unique link for sharing the registration form is displayed for each member on the My Overview screen in the member section and also in the mobile app.

Divide your members into individual groups using teams – as they function in reality. Each team also comes with a team communication wall in the Member Section.
Team/Wall Settings and Editing
Once a team is created, you can further configure or edit it at any time. Settings include team wall behavior for the Member Section, wall post configurations, or team visibility options for the web.
Default settings for the entire platform that affect how regular members can create and edit posts on team walls. If the option is set to optional, this parameter can be individually configured in the settings of specific teams on the platform.
Using this setting, you can, for example, completely disable regular members from adding polls on the wall themselves. Alternatively, you can choose to have the default setting disabled but allow it for regular members only in selected teams' settings.
You can configure the following individual items that members can/cannot do themselves on the walls:
Polls
Images
Files
Documents

Send copies of all email campaign messages to – you can select an email address to which copies of all email campaign messages will be sent
