On the login screen of your EOS platform, just click the New Registration button. If you're not interested in online registration, this feature can be disabled in the platform configuration.

The platform can be customized with many parameters to perfectly fit your specific needs. Check the detailed configuration of your platform here.
A newly registering member fills in all required information in the form to create a user account on the platform, plus any optional information. By default, these are:
First name
Last name
Date of birth
Contact email
Contact phone
After submission, the new registration appears in Management > Overview and platform administrators with the appropriate permissions receive a notification about the new registration.
If you are registering your child, please fill in the child's first name, last name and date of birth. Fill in the contact details for the proxy, i.e. yours. In the case of child members, the parent needs to actively access the platform first. An invitation will be sent to the email provided.
Troubleshooting: Member Access vs. Representative Access
The platform differentiates between member and representative access. It is also easy to address situations where the representative is also a member or has multiple children in the club. How should you properly handle member and representative access?

Is a member or their representative reporting that they cannot complete the registration? That they cannot log in?
Thanks to the custom fields feature, management can also request any additional information they want to collect from members.
Custom Fields
Create various types of custom fields that allow you to record and manage any additional information about members or their representatives. Custom fields can be added to both members/representatives themselves and to the new member registration form. The values in the fields are also automatically validated based on the field type you create.
Management can also choose the categories (Organizational Units) and teams to offer to new members for selection. The member can choose whether he/she is applying for floorball, athletics or a specific team within the organization.
Once completed, the registration form is sent to management for approval. Once approved, the member is automatically sent an invitation to the platform, through which they create a password and fill in all other required information when they first log in.
