Attendance management can be found in the details of the attendance, which you can access either through the card of the specific event or directly from the calendar.
Before the event starts, you can see in the attendance details a list of members who have already confirmed their participation. If they are not attending, you will also see an excuse here. The requirement to request an excuse can be set in Management > Settings > Events > Event Types.
Event Types
Create and configure your own event types suitable for your organization. You will assign these to individual events, which will behave according to the parameters set for each type.
Positions
The module allows you to define various positions that can be assigned to members in both their personal profiles and within their teams.
Here you will also find the option to manage the event content.
Event Content
For each event, you can enter the required activity content, which is necessary, for instance, for NSA grant purposes.
Click on Manage Attendance and there, review and edit the actual status of participants as you see them on the event.
Save the attendance. You can do this directly at the event or after it. The easiest way is via the mobile app.
Attendance can be modified up to 30 days back. You can see this information in Managment > Settings > Organization and Platform Settings > Platform Configuration. We can change this period for you as needed, just let us know at support@eosclub.app.

After saving attendance, you can still add any participants, even if they are not part of the specific teams for which the event is intended. Simply click on the Add Members to Attendance button on the event details screen.
The saved or updated attendance is recorded in the team attendance statistics, which can be further processed and even exported in bulk in the Managment > Events > More > Attendance Export section.
Team Attendance
As a team admin, you can manage the attendance of members – record it for individual events and view overview statistics.
Attendance can be managed by anyone who:
Is part of the admins of the given team.
Has permissions for administration in the Teams module (at least for viewing) and also in the Events module (viewing and editing). The access scope must be complete.
