The team wall contains four tabs – the actual wall, dashboard, event list and documents.
You can also see the team member count, average team attendance, which you can click into for more details. From the bar, you can also access your website or view the team/wall settings.
Team Member List
A list of all team members with all important information on one screen. Each member only sees the information they have permission for.
Team Attendance
As a team admin, you can manage member attendance – save it to individual events and view summary statistics.
Team Wall Settings and Adjustments
Once you've created a team, you can configure or edit it anytime. Settings include the behavior of the team wall for the Member Section, post configuration on the wall, or display options for the team on the web.
At the top of the wall, upcoming team events are displayed. The number of events can be set in the team configuration. All events are then clearly shown in the calendar and also in the Events tab.
The wall generally serves for communication of updates – it's a dynamic space for addressing current matters. Old messages and topics are pushed down. Posts can be added by administrators or even regular members and their representatives if allowed by the team. Additional options for posts:
add a poll – with the option to allow one or multiple answers
upload image galleries
add attachments
post the created post directly on the walls of other teams as well (basically copy it)
pin the post above all others
restrict the post to certain team groups (if they are set up)
disable comments on the post
decide whether notifications should be sent for the new post
Team/Wall Settings and Editing
After creating a team, you can adjust or edit it at any time. The settings include the behavior of the team wall for the Member Section, configuration of posts on the wall, or display options for the team on the web.
Platform Configuration
The platform can be configured using many parameters to perfectly suit your specific needs. Check the detailed configuration of your platform here.
Each post has its own clear thread, which is divided into three levels:
post
comments
replies
In a similar way, you can communicate on individual events – each one has its own communication space for comments and replies. Notifications are also sent to everyone involved in the event.
This is a pre-created communication wall independent of the season, accessible to all active members in your database. You can rename and adjust the wall just like any other wall in Management > Teams and Walls (Non-seasonal).
You can also find settings there to decide whether regular members can add posts to it. If they cannot, then just like on other walls with access for Everyone, only members you designate as team managers for that wall (Admin > Rosters (Off-Season), or those with read and write permissions for All Walls.).
Team/Wall Settings and Adjustments
After creating a team, you can fine-tune or modify it at any time. The settings include the wall's behavior for the Member Section, post configuration on the wall, or display options for the team on the website.
Creating Rosters / Team Composition
Create the composition of individual teams – assign both regular members and the management team, or team managers who will then have more permissions on the team wall in the member section.
For every post added to the communication wall, admins can clearly see its reach. Just click on the eye icon to display a reach preview with details broken down as follows:
which members and users have viewed the post,
when they last viewed it
whether they viewed it in the web version, mobile app, or only in the email notification
The bulletin board is a static space compared to the wall, where you'll find information that's valid for a longer period, like an entire year. Information stays there and doesn't go anywhere. It also can't be commented on. Only admins can pin information to the bulletin board and decide whether it’s visible to regular members.
This is a clear overview of all upcoming team events.
In this tab, documents shared with the team are displayed for download or preview. All documents intended for you across teams can be found in the left sidebar under the Documents section.
Documents
Share documents with individual teams. Choose whether they will be for regular members, project teams, or just management. The documents will then appear in the member section.
The wall is accessible to:
All members who are part of the team. Additionally, team admins can manage the wall.
Posts on the wall can be added by everyone or just admins – it depends on the team settings.
Members with access to the management module, Teams (at least read-only). The scope of access must be complete.
