You can find the module in Management > Overview.
The content of the Overview screen varies according to the permission assigned to the member who is viewing the Overview.
You see an overview of the number of members in your platform: with user access / the total number of active (not deactivated) members. Clicking takes you to the Members module.
The total of all overdue payments across your organization. Clicking takes you to the Payments module.
The total of all transactions that are not paired with any payment. These are usually transactions downloaded automatically from banking that were not paired with payments for some reason – most often because of an incorrectly entered payment reference. Clicking takes you to the Payments module, directly to the list of unpaired transactions, where you can settle them or work with them further.
A summary of all pending requests that are waiting for a response from the management or from a member. Clicking takes you to all pending requests, where you can work with them further.
The number of all e-mails sent from the platform. Clicking takes you to the History of all sent e-mails.
History of all sent e-mails
In the overview of sent e-mails you can check whether members are receiving both mailing e-mails and e-mail notifications. You will also see here whether, when and how many times they opened these e-mails.
If a member has access to the module Requests, they see a table in the Overview with all the requests they can approve, reject, comment on and so on.
Requests
Through requirements, you can create tickets for individual members to get various information or documents from them. Members can create tickets for management if they need to request something.
If a member has permission for the Events module, they also see in the Overview all active e-applications or organizing events – including information on how many new members have signed up for them, with the option to approve/reject them. You can click straight through to the participant management of the given event.
If you have filled in the field Contract end for some members, the member appears in the Overview either in the table Ended contracts or Ending contracts, where you will also find the contract expiry date, so you can keep an eye on it.
In the section Your permission level gives you access to these modules you will see an overview of all your permissions.
Management permission: The Overview is seen by every member who has been assigned a permission for any module of the Management section. Only the parts relating to the modules the member has access to are then displayed in the Overview.
