You can access the module in Management > Overview.
The content of the Overview screen will vary based on the permissions assigned to the member viewing the Overview.
You can see an overview of the number of members on your platform: with user access / total number of active (non-deactivated) members. Clicking will redirect you to the Members module.
The total amount of all overdue payments across your organization. Clicking will redirect you to the Payments module.
The total amount of all transactions that are not matched to any payment. These are usually transactions automatically downloaded from banking, which for some reason were not matched to payments — most often due to an incorrect variable symbol. Clicking on it will take you directly to the Payments module to a list of unpaired transactions, where you can settle them or work with them further.
A summary of all pending requests awaiting action from the administration or a member. Clicking will redirect you to all pending requests, where you can continue working with them.
The number of all emails sent from the platform. By clicking, you will be taken to the History of all sent emails.
History of All Sent Emails
In the overview of sent emails, you can check whether members are receiving emails from mailing lists as well as email notifications. You will also see here whether, when, and how many times these emails were opened.
If a member has access to the Requirements module, they will see in the Overview a table with all the requests they can approve, reject, comment on, and similar actions.
Management Requests
With management requests, you can create tickets for individual members to gather various information or documents from them. Members can also create tickets for management when they need to make a request.
If a member has permission to access the Events module, they will also see all active e-applications or organizing events on the Overview – including information on how many new members have registered for them and can be approved/declined. You can also click straight through to the attendee management for that event.
If you have filled in the Contract End field for certain members, the member will appear in the Overview either in the Expired Contracts table or in Expiring Contracts, where you will also find the contract expiration date, allowing you to keep track of it.
In the section Your permission level allows you to access these modules, you will see an overview of all your permissions.
Permissions for Managment: The overview will be visible to every member who has been assigned permission to any Administration module. Only the sections related to the modules that the member has access to will be displayed in the Overview.
