This screen is the very first one – you land on it after a normal login. You can always return here by clicking on My Overview in the Member Section or the mobile app.
In this tab, you see the total amount of all outstanding payments, and it is immediately clear if any are overdue. By clicking through this tab, you can access the details of your payments.
On the overview, you can see whether your current medical examination is valid and, if applicable, when it will expire. Click through to the examination details, where you will find a list of all the examinations you have submitted in your entire history, and where you can also submit a new examination.
On the overview, you also have the number of your member accounts that are set as visible to you. You can directly click through to their listing and work with them.
For communication with the management, you can send requests. For example, it is possible to conveniently submit various documents or confirmations. The management can also send requests to you. On the overview, you can see whether everything has been resolved or how many requests are still open.
On the overview, you can see your average attendance percentage across all your events. After clicking through, you can view all your completed and upcoming events.
On the My Overview screen, each member has their personal calendar where they can see all the events that concern them – events they are registered for or can register for (if no response is given, attendance is automatically assumed, unless otherwise set in the event type).
Next to the calendar, a list of upcoming events is displayed where members can indicate their attendance – including those for which they have previously indicated non-attendance.
Below the calendar, you can express your participation in multiple events at once, e.g., excuse yourself from all events for a specific period.
If you want to excuse yourself from one specific recurring event (and not all events within a given period), it can be done in the event details. Click through its name (for example, from the calendar, your overview, or the team wall) and in the block Individual Recurrences of the Event use the button Set My Participation. Then, simply enter the date until which you want to set your participation or non-participation.
The calendar can also be synchronized using the link Get Link for Calendar Subscription with, for example, your Google Calendar or another calendar app on your mobile device or computer. Events will then automatically update in regular intervals.
Select specific teams whose calendars you want to synchronize, or synchronize all events of the teams you are part of (option My calendar for team administrators)
Subscription and Synchronization of Calendars
Calendars from the member section can be synchronized with your personal calendar, e.g., on your mobile phone, such as Google Calendar or another calendar app. Events will be regularly and automatically updated in your calendar.
