The team wall contains four tabs – the wall, notice board, event list and documents.
You can also see here the number of team members, team's average attendance, whose details you can click through to. From the bar you can also get to your website or display the team/wall settings.
Team member list
A list of all team members with all important information on a single screen. Each member sees only the information they are authorized to view.
Team attendance
As a team manager, you can manage the attendance of members – record it for individual events and view summary statistics.
Team/wall settings and editing
After creating a team you finish setting it up or edit it at any time. The settings include the behaviour of the team wall for the Member zone, the configuration of wall posts and options for displaying the team on the website.
Upcoming team events are displayed at the top of the wall. Their number can be set in the team configuration. All events are then clearly shown in the calendar and also in the tab Events.
The wall generally serves for communicating news – it is a dynamic space for dealing with current matters. Old messages and topics are pushed down. Posts can be added by administrators, or also by regular members and their representatives if this is allowed for the team. Other options for posts:
add a poll – allowing one or more answers
upload image galleries
add attachments
publish the post you are creating directly on the walls of other teams as well (in effect copying it)
pin the post above all the others
restrict the post only to certain groups of the team (if they are set up)
turn off the option to comment on the given post
choose whether notifications should be sent for the new post

Platform configuration
The platform can be set up using many parameters so that it perfectly suits your specific needs. Check the detailed configuration of your platform here.
Every post has its own clear thread, which is divided into three levels:
post
comments
replies
You can communicate in a similar way on individual events – each one has its own communication space for comments and replies. Notifications about everything are also sent to everyone the event concerns.
The quickest way to communicate is in the EOS mobile app:
This is a pre-created communication wall independent of the season, which all active members from your database have access to. You can rename and edit the wall like any other wall in Management > Teams and walls (Non-seasonal).
You will also find there the setting for whether regular members can add posts to it. If they cannot, then just as on other walls with the access Everyone only the members you set as team staff on the given wall will be able to add posts to it (Management > Rosters / Team composition (Non-seasonal), or those with read and write permission for All walls.
Team/wall settings and editing
After creating a team you finish setting it up or edit it at any time. The settings include the behaviour of the team wall for the Member zone, the configuration of wall posts and options for displaying the team on the website.
Creating the roster / team composition
Create the composition of individual teams – assign both regular members and the coaching staff or team administrators to teams. Team administrators then have extended permissions on the team wall in the members’ section
For every post added to the communication wall, administrators can clearly see its reach. Just click on the eye icon and a preview of the reach is displayed, distinguishing:
which members and users viewed the post,
when they last viewed it
whether they viewed it in the web version, the mobile app or only in the e-mail notification
Unlike the wall, the notice board is a static space where you find information that is valid for a longer period, for example for the whole year. The information stays pinned there and does not move away. It also cannot be commented on. Only administrators can pin information to the notice board and choose whether the notice board is visible to regular members as well.
This is a clear list of all upcoming team events.
This tab displays the documents shared with the team for download or preview. All documents intended directly for you across teams can be found in the left side menu under the item Documents.
Creating and sharing documents
Share documents with individual teams. Choose whether they are intended for regular members, team managers or only the organization’s administration. Documents are then shown in the member zone.
The wall can be accessed by:
All members who are part of the team. Team staff additionally have the option to manage the notice board.
Posts can be added to the wall by everyone, or only by administrators – it depends on the team settings.
Members with access to management in the module Teams (at least for reading). The access scope must be complete.
