On the My overview screen, click Member profile or click through from one of the overview cards (e.g. Payments or Requests).
Click Edit data and go through the personal data check. After you submit it, a request is sent to the management, which has to approve the data. Only then is the data officially changed.
Here you will find all your personal and contact details. If you want to change them, click Edit data and send the filled-in data for approval. As soon as it is approved, you will receive a notification.
You can also change your profile picture for the EOS platform here (this is not the official team photo, which is set by the management in the Management section).
Creating platform access and first login
You received an invitation in your email to create user access to the platform. How to use it to create a user account and how to manage access for yourself vs. for your child?
An overview of all your payments. For unpaid payments you will find the payment details here, which you can also download as a PDF. If a payment is split into individual payments/instalments, you will see the payment schedule here.
You can also pay a payment from your member account if the administrators have set it up that way.
Once you have some payments paid (you received a notification about it), you can also download a payment confirmation here, which will automatically include a stamp and signature. So you just need to save or print it and submit it, for example, to your insurance company.
You can also find all the payment information and the option to download the confirmation in the mobile app:
If you want to submit a new check-up, just scan or photograph the document and send it for approval. As soon as the administrators of your club approve the document, you will receive a notification. The EOS platform then again keeps track of the expiry date itself.
The easiest way to submit a new check-up is directly from the EOS mobile app. On your phone, take a photo of the check-up document or scan it and send it straight for approval.
Who has access to your check-up in EOS:
Check-ups fall into the category of sensitive data. They are handled accordingly – with the utmost caution and care both from the administrators of your organization and from us, the operator of the EOS Platform. Thanks to the detailed permission settings in the platform, your sensitive data is safe.
We at EOS and your club have concluded a Personal Data Processing Agreement between us, which is binding and valid indefinitely.
At the same time, we are working towards the ISO 27001 cyber security certification, which imposes a further legal obligation on us to secure your sensitive data even better.
Access to your sensitive data:
You as a member, or your legal representative, have it.
Your coach has it to the extent of: an overview of validity, help with submitting a new check-up, downloading the last valid check-up – e.g. to present at competitions etc., where the federation or the competition rules require it.
The administrator of your EOS Platform with the appropriate management permission.
The platform operator – EOS employees who have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Medical check-ups in the sports environment in general:
The basic legal regulation governing medical check-ups in connection with sports activities is Decree No. 391/2013 Coll. of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on medical fitness for physical education and sport (hereinafter also referred to as the Decree).
An athlete is obliged to have a medical check-up regularly once a year (according to the Decree).
Types of mandatory medical check-up:
initial (before a performance athlete is registered with the organization where they practise the sport, before being included in the national team or in a facility for training elite athletes);
regular (once every 12 months);
extraordinary (e.g. in the event of a serious change in the state of health, for performance and elite athletes under 18 before they are moved to a higher age category, and in other cases listed in §6 of the Decree).
Thanks to accounts, it is possible to work with bonuses, rewards, enrolment fees or overpayments. Here you will find an overview of yours.
You can also top up your accounts and have the topped-up money gradually deducted for participation in events. Conversely, you can have a reward credited to your account, e.g. for helping at an organizing event. Accounts can then also be used to pay for a payment, if this is allowed for the account.
After you open an account, you can see its specific transactions with all the details.
If it is allowed for the account, you can top it up using a payment. Just click "+" and enter the amount. A standard payment will be created for that amount; once you pay it, the account is automatically topped up by that amount.
You get the best overview of your accounts in the EOS mobile app.
To communicate with the management, you can send requests and thus conveniently submit any documents or confirmations. The management can also send requests to you.
Here you can see a list of all outstanding and settled requests. You can add files to requests and comment on them. When you create a new request, just select the request category, fill in the subject and the text, and upload files if the selected request category requires it.
You will receive a notification about a new or settled request. The same applies when someone comments on a request and further information is needed from you.
Requests can be handled most conveniently in the EOS mobile app:
In your profile you also have available all the files you have submitted or those that the management has uploaded to you.
If the management has created any infocards for you to record additional information about you that is meant to be visible to you as a member, you will see them here as well.
Here you can also manage the consents you have granted. You have an overview of them here and can withdraw one if needed.
