How do I access my profile
On the My Dashboard screen, click on Member Profile or navigate through one of the dashboard cards (e.g., Payments or Requests).
Editing Information
Click on Edit Info and review your information. After submitting, a request will be sent to management, which must approve the changes. Only then will the information be officially updated.

Member
Here you can find all your personal and contact details. If you want to update them, click on Edit data and submit the completed data for approval. Once approved, you will receive a notification.
You can also change your profile picture here for the EOS platform purposes (this isn't the official team photo set by the management in Administration).
First Login for a Member/Representative
You received an invitation email to create your user access to the platform. How to create a user account through it and manage access for yourself vs. your child?
Payments
Overview of all your payments. For unpaid payments, you’ll find payment details here that you can also download in a PDF. If a payment is divided into installments, you’ll see the payment schedule here.
You can also pay from the member account if it’s set up by the administrators.
When you already have some payments completed (you've received a notification about it), you can also download a confirmation of the payment here, which will automatically include a stamp with a signature. You just need to save it or print it out and, for example, submit it to your insurance company.
Medical check-ups
If you want to submit a new checkup, you just need to scan or take a photo of the document and send it for approval. Once the document is approved by the Administrator, you'll receive a notification about it. The EOS platform will then automatically monitor the expiry date.
You can most easily submit a new checkup directly from the EOS mobile app. On your phone, you take a photo or scan the checkup document and send it for approval right away.
Member accounts
Thanks to accounts, you can manage bonuses, rewards, participation fees, or overpayments. Here you’ll find an overview of your accounts.
You can also top up your accounts and have the loaded money gradually deducted for event participation. Similarly, you can have rewards added to your account, e.g., for helping with some organizational event. Accounts can also be used to cover a payment if it’s allowed for that account.
After opening an account, you’ll see its specific transactions with all the details.
If it’s allowed for the account, you can top it up through payment. Just click on "+" and enter the amount. A standard payment will be created for you, which you pay, and the account will automatically be topped up by the entered amount.
Requirements
For communication with the management, you can send requests and, for example, easily hand in any documents or confirmations. Management can also send requests to you.
You can see here a list of all pending and resolved requests. You can add files and comment on requests. When creating a new request, just select a request category, fill in the subject and text, and optionally upload files if the selected request category requires it.
You’ll get a notification for a new or resolved request. The same applies when someone comments on a request and further information is needed from you.
Files
In your profile, you also have access to all the files you submitted files or those uploaded by the management.
Infocards
If the management has created some info cards for recording additional details about you, which are meant to be visible to you as a member, you will see them here as well.
Consents
Here, you can also manage the consents you have given. You have an overview of them here, and if needed, you can revoke any of them.
