To access the module, go to Management > Teams and Walls.
Once you assign members to specific teams, you can communicate with them in bulk and work with them further – create events for them, share documents, etc. For each team, a separate communication wall will be created in the Member Section.
What teams you create is entirely up to you. The possibilities are unlimited, for example:
U18, U14, ... – by age groups
Team Managment or Coaches, where you add members of leadership or coaches, creating a working group – a communication wall where they can manage their agenda together.
Bazaar, accessible to all members. If you allow it in the team settings, they can post to the wall, including adding posts with photos (galleries). Detailed configuration of what members can add to a specific wall is available in team settings.

In Bazaar wall posts, members can include all details about the item, price, contact info, etc. Each thread will generate a discussion for interested buyers.
You can also set team composition however you wish, and one member can be part of multiple teams.
Team Rosters / Team Composition
Create the composition of individual teams – assign both regular members and the management team or team admins, who then have more privileges on the team wall in the members section.
Teams can also be grouped into higher organizational units.
Organizational Units
Divide your organization into individual units if, for example, you group multiple sports, have additional affiliate clubs, or branches.
Click the “+“ button.
Enter the name of the new team in the dialog box.
Select who will have access to the team:
roster – choose specific people who will have access to the team. This creates the team composition – regular members and team admins. (e.g., Youth team)
organizational unit – access for all members who belong to teams falling under a specific organizational unit. (e.g., a shared Youth team whose communication wall will be accessible to all members of teams like Preparation, Junior Boys, Senior Boys, which belong to the Youth unit).
everyone – all active members will have access
Check the option Show in Member Section to display the team/wall. If you want to create a team for internal purposes only and don't want members to see it, leave it unchecked.
Click the OK button to create the new team.
Sorting Teams: To change the order of teams in the list, use the “drag-and-drop” function. Grab the left edge of the team row and move it to the desired position in the table. The sorting will reflect both in the team list in the Member Section and, for example, in the order of teams in the registration form if the option to select a team for newly registering members is enabled.
Edits and Removal: Teams can be removed at any time but cannot be deleted. By clicking on the team name, you can access its details and then edit its configuration. You can also navigate directly to the roster/composition of the team.
On the screen More > Removed Teams you can restore teams to their original state at any time. Teams are never permanently deleted.
Filtering Teams: At the top, under the title Teams and Walls, you can filter teams – by season or organizational units.
Admin permissions: Managing Teams and Walls requires permission for the Teams module.
Change history: Users with access to the Logs module can view the history of all changes made to any record.
