In the section Management > Overview, you’ll see pending requests at the top of the screen. Through the title Requests you can navigate to all requests.
Management > Settings > Request Categories first create different custom categories for members to choose from. For each, set up different parameters (whether attachments are required, comments are allowed, notifications, etc.). You can either work with custom request categories or predefined ones (member registration, data update, health check, invitation renewal).
Request Categories for Management
Create your own request categories for easier sorting and better organization.
To create a new request, click on the All Requests screen on the button "+", select the member you want to target with the ticket, the category, the subject, and the text content. The member will get a notification for the new request. Similarly, management will get a notification when the member responds to the ticket.
Each request has its own reference number for clarity. In the ticket, you can exchange comments with the member and attach files if it is allowed in the given category. Just comment on the request and send it back to the member. Finally, you can mark it as resolved or reject it if something else needs to be added. In such cases, you can provide the member with a reason.
On the All Requests screen, you can use tabs to filter individual tickets by their status (all / unresolved / waiting for management / waiting for member).
There is also searching and detailed filtering available, which allows filtering by:
processing date
creation date
request category
author (management vs. member)
organizational unit of the member the request is related to
request type (member registration, medical check-up, etc.)
This is one of the request types that is automatically created when a member registers through the registration form.
Online Member Registration
Through the online registration form, club members can register for your club platform.
Permissions for management: To handle requests, permissions for the Requests module are required. To create/modify custom request categories, permissions for both the Requests module and Settings module (both for write access) are needed.
