Click through the email invitation sent by the management. If you register via the registration form on the platform, you need to wait – the email invitation will arrive once the management approves your registration.
Create your user access. Log in to the platform using the email and password you set up in this step. If you are a parent and will represent your child on the platform, select that you are a representative. The platform distinguishes between representative and member access, and if the member’s age is below the deciding age (19 years for most clubs), you will have the option to choose in the invitation.
Fill out the form with your personal details. It may also include giving GDPR consents if the club has them set up.
There are two ways to register for the club:
Based on an invitation sent directly by the club management to the member’s or parent’s email.
Through the registration form on the login page of your club platform. If you are registering your child, enter your child’s first and last name but your own contact information as the parent. Once the club management approves the registration, you will receive an invitation email. If you are registering multiple children, use the same email address, and the accounts will be linked.

Using the online registration form, club members can register for your club platform.
In both cases, you have an invitation in your email where you should click on Create an account.

If the member's age is below the determined age (for most clubs, 19 years), you'll get the option to choose whether you are a parent/representative or the member. Select the correct option.

Confirm or fill in your name and create a strong password.
Fill in the member's personal and contact information.
If you are a representative, fill in your own details in the next step. You can also add another representative, e.g., the other parent.
Grant consents if the club has them set up.
If you are a parent and want your child to also have their own active access to the platform, go from My Overview to the Member's Profile and send them their own invitation via email.

If you didn't do this in advance and went through the process in the web version, download the mobile app and add your club – all information can be found on the Mobile App page by clicking on your initials in the top right corner, or in the About Us section.

This means you have access created for a member, not a parent. Click the button to find the contact details of your club platform administrator, who will help you change your access.
Problem solving: Your representative must help you complete the registration
Is a member or their representative reporting that they cannot complete the registration? That they cannot log in?
If you have more kids in the club, you'll get separate invitations from the club. If you're registering them through the registration form, enter your email address for both – the same one for all the kids. After logging into the platform, you can switch between each child.
