Organizational units
Divide your organization into individual units, for example if you bring together several sports or have other branch associations or branches.
Here you can edit the roster restrictions, who will belong to the given team, for example: by the oldest year of birth, the youngest year of birth, gender.
By the oldest year of birth: If you select the oldest year, e.g. 1989, only members born in that year and all younger ones (1990, 1991 etc.) will be included.
By the youngest year of birth: If you select the youngest year, e.g. 2008, only members born in that year and all older ones (2007, 2006 etc.) will be included.
By gender: you can select whether male or female.
Tick whether the team will be shown in the member zone, or not.
You can search for and change the icon (of the team) shown in the member zone and set its colour.

The team member list is visible to other members – the team composition can be visible only to managers, or to all regular members of the team as well.
The team is not available to member representatives – the team will not be visible to a member’s representative at all. Only the member themselves will see it.

Show club-wide events on the wall – events intended For the whole organization will also be shown on the wall of the team you are setting this for.
By ticking the Allow regular members to create posts on the wall checkbox you can allow regular members to create posts, which is normally available only to managers. The default setting for post behaviour is based on the organization’s platform configuration.

The platform can be set up using many parameters so that it perfectly suits your specific needs. Check the detailed configuration of your platform here.
After ticking the checkbox you can set exactly what you give regular members permission for: poll, images, files, documents, notification after creation, comments, pinning a post.
