You can access the module in the Management > Planning Calendar section.
Click on the calendar icon and choose whether you want to display the calendar by weeks or months.
Select the week/month you want to display.
Choose whether you want the time period in the calendar to be displayed automatically or custom.
If custom, select the specific time From–To period you want to display.
Choose the scale at which you want to display the time blocks in the calendar:
Half hour
Hour
Two hours
Using the other icons, you have access to the following actions:

Bonus for participants – Filter events based on whether they have a bonus set for participants.
Organization-wide events – Display only those events that are intended for the entire organization.
Creation date – Filter events by their creation date. You can set a date range or choose just one date.
Event type – Filter events by type. You can combine them to display, for example, only all E-registrations and all Organizing events.
Location – Filter events by location. You can choose from existing locations created in the platform under the Places module.
Organizational units – Filter events by organizational units within the organization. You can select multiple organizational units at once.
Participation fee – Filter events based on whether or not a participation fee is set
Last Change – Filter events by the date they were last modified. You can set a date range or choose just one date.
Season – Display all events for a specific season, or those without an assigned season. If you need to filter events for a specific team, use the Teams filter.
Teams – Display events based on which teams they are intended for. You can combine teams within one season or across multiple seasons.
Event Type – Display events by their assigned type. You can select multiple types at once.
Attendance-based events – Display only those events where attendance is tracked based on their event type. If you need events with a specific type, use the Event Type filter.
Canceled events – Display only events that are canceled or not canceled. If you have cancellation reasons set for events, you can filter events by specific cancellation reasons.
You have two options for displaying events in the calendar:
Calendar view – The default graphical view of the calendar with time slots.
Table view – A list/table of events.
You have two options for displaying the calendar:
Scrollable view – A wide display where you can scroll left and right if multiple events are shown.
Window-width view – A more compact display.
The option to print/save as PDF the selected view of the planning calendar.
Click on an event in the Planning Calendar, and its preview will appear with detailed information and actions related to the specific event – such as view, edit, cancel, delete, etc.
For detailed management of events, you can use the Management > Events module.
Permissions for Management: To view the planning calendar, permission to read in the Planning Calendar module is required. To manage events, permission to write in the Events module is needed.
Change History: Users with access to the Logs module can view the history of all changes made to any record.
