We have added a notification test tool to the application. You will find it on your profile screen. With it you can verify that your phone is set up correctly, or send us a problem report right away.
If you have a problem with the delivery of push notifications, proceed as follows:
Go to Settings iPhone > Notifications > eos. Make sure notifications are allowed and that you have Immediate delivery turned on. Also allow notifications in the form of badges, banners and sounds.
Turn your phone off and on again.
Check that you are not connected to a wi-fi network that blocks the ports Apple uses for push notifications (try turning wi-fi off and switching to mobile data to see whether push notifications start working).
Please note that push notifications are sent using Apple’s APNS service. EOS has no influence on the reliability of this service and cannot resolve any problems with APNS. Any issues with push notifications could be caused by the APNS service.
If the actions above did not solve your problem, please try reinstalling our application. As a last resort, contact Apple support.
