If a member has the mobile application installed and has been active in it in the last two weeks, instant notifications go there so that their inbox is not flooded. However, if they do not read the notification in the app within 4 hours, it will also be sent by e-mail so they do not miss it. If a member does not use the app at all or has not been logged in to it in the last two weeks, the notification is sent by e-mail immediately.
Some less important notifications are not sent by EOS by e-mail at all. Those arrive either in the mobile app or only in the notification bell in the web version of the platform.
Notifications are sent to all active users, i.e. to the members themselves if they have active access, and also to member representatives. The exception is payment notifications, which are also sent to members who do not have active access to the platform.
You will find an overview of all implemented notifications in the individual articles.
