Your members pay in a few clicks – by card, via Apple Pay, Google Pay, fast bank transfer or QR code. EOS matches the payment immediately. It works for clubs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, in crowns and in euros. To be able to use card payment via Comgate in your club, you first need to request activation of this service and go through the setup.
Directly in the EOS Platform of your organization in the Management > Settings > Payment gateways section:

Some items are filled in (name, company ID, domains)
Some need to be completed (e.g. Category of goods and services, payment terminal)
The request is sent to Comgate automatically
For the newly created payment gateway, click the three dots > General payment terms - you can use your own or use our universal one (CAUTION: the parts in bold need to be edited in it)
Payment gateway status: Awaiting processing
After sending the request and inserting the General payment terms, you will receive access details for the Client portal from Comgate
After logging in:
Integration > Store settings: select the given gateway entered in EOS
Store connection > + Add
Connection name: EOS
URL for passing the payment result: copy here the whole URL you find in EOS > Management > Settings > Payment gateways > for the given gateway three dots > Login details > Url for passing the payment result
Allowed IP addresses: copy here the data you find in EOS > Management > Settings > Payment gateways > for the given gateway three dots > Login details > Allowed IP addresses

Open the detail of that connection:
Store connection identifier - copy the number
In the EOS > Management > Settings > Payment gateway > Login details Platform > paste the copied number into the field: Store connection identifier
In the Comgate portal, copy the Password in the same place
Paste it into EOS in the same place into the Password field
Payment gateway status in EOS: Active
If you have an account set up and connected via API
In Management > Settings > Bank accounts and cash registers > Edit the given account
Transaction import: without downloading transactions
Payment gateway: select the one you set up
At the same time, cancel the connection in Banking API
If you do not have a bank account set up yet:
Management > Settings > Bank accounts and cash registers > top right + > enter the required details

Add your bank accounts or a cash register for cash to the payment profile so that you can then generate payments for members.

Done! You can start collecting payments.
Payments
The EOS platform allows you to create payment instructions for your members, record all incoming payments, generate payment receipts, create overviews and exports. All of this with integration to online banking for automatic payment matching from your account.
Everything happens immediately! The member pays and EOS sees it at that moment. No waiting for a bank statement, no manual searching. The member can download the confirmation of their paid payment right away.
Refunds with one click – even partial ones. With the API this means a manual transfer back or a phone call with the accountant. Thanks to the Comgate integration you handle it directly from EOS.
Your statements are tidy. You only see transactions for payments you generated in EOS. No sponsorship gifts, grants or other movements that you have had to handle manually until now.
The member pays in a few clicks. Conveniently straight from their mobile. They do not have to copy the account number and payment reference, so more people pay and faster.
One Comgate, several accounts. Do you have several sections or divisions in the club with their own accounts? Comgate can distribute payments to different sub-accounts automatically.
You do not need a banking API. With Comgate you do not have to ask the bank for API access, deal with certificates or renew the connection. Banking APIs are also increasingly often paid features these days.
It works with any bank. You activate the payment gateway regardless of which bank you use.
