Event types
Create and set up custom event types suitable for your organization. These will be assigned to individual events, which will behave according to the parameters set in each type.
Last change – the date of the last change
Last error – the date of the last error
By clicking the Default view button you can work with views – save a filtered view for use next time or manage previously saved views.
Right-click the import or the context menu (three dots) and you get the options:
Edit the import
Import now – manual start of the current event import from the given source
Delete – irreversibly deletes the configured event import
You then work with imported events in the same way as with events created manually in the platform. You can edit them, copy them, add attachments to them and so on. If you had the events imported as an Event type WITHOUT attendance tracking, you can Convert to a nomination, Convert to an e-application or Convert to organizing. Your members will find them in their calendars and can sign up for them.
Converting and copying events
General events without attendance can be converted in EOS to any other kind of event. So you can turn a general event into a nomination, for example. Another useful option is copying events.
Management permission: Managing event imports requires permission for the Events module.
