Management > Settings > Store > Store settings
The store settings are divided into four main tabs:
Basic settings – store behaviour, availability, languages, currencies, notifications
Tags – automatic product tags and their colours
Texts – store names and information texts
Terms and conditions – legal texts valid for purchases in the store
All settings apply to the whole organization. If you have purchased Extended permissions, these settings can be made different for each Organizational unit.
On - the store is available (according to the settings below only to members, only to the public, or to both members and the public)
Off - the store is not available or findable, the link directs to the platform login
Maintenance mode - visitors to the store link are shown a maintenance screen with the text you set.
Determines who can see and use the store:
members only (they find the store in the platform in the member zone and in the mobile application)
the public only (the store is available to them via a link)
members and the public
An optional restriction that prevents orders from members under the specified age
If the restriction is active:
the affected accounts cannot create orders
they do not receive notifications
they do not see the history of orders created by a representative
If enabled, it allows a representative to hide the order from the member (typically when the representative is buying a gift).

The colours serve only for visual orientation in the catalogue.
Texts can be formatted using the editor (bold, links and so on).
The internal and public name of the store
Text shown to users when entering an active store
Text shown when the store is switched to Maintenance mode (set in Basic settings - Store status).
Here you set the terms and conditions valid for the whole store (in the case of purchasing the Extended permissions module, for the store of the given Organizational unit).
The terms and conditions can be turned on (tick: Active) or off.
The text can be fully edited using the editor.
The terms are shown to customers when purchasing.
They should contain, for example:
conclusion of the contract
prices and payments
delivery of goods
withdrawal from the contract
complaints
protection of personal data
Before launching the store, always check:
availability (members / public)
the default language and currency
correctly set terms and conditions
We recommend filling in the maintenance mode text even if the store is active – for future use.
These settings form the basis of how the store works. Specific products, categories, prices and stock are set in other parts of the Store module.
Managing the Store requires permission for the modules:
