# Representative types

The module is used to set up categories of representatives (e.g. parent, legal guardian) and their data. At the level of individual member types you then determine how many representatives are required for a member and which representative types can be used.

## **Module location**

You can access the module in **Management > Settings > Members > Representative types.**

## **Representative type overview**

On the first screen you see a list of all representative types.

- In the **free basic version** there is one **default** representative type available.

- In the **paid version** you can create and configure **any number** of custom representative types.

- For editing, in **Management > Settings > Members > Representative types** right-click and choose **Edit**).
