For questions or to place an order let us know at [email protected] or tell your EOS representative.
You will find the current basic price list on our website.
The Store module allows you to easily sell goods to members and the general public – directly from your EOS membership platform. The store works both in the web version and in the mobile app, so members can order any time and from anywhere. You get complete tools for managing the catalogue, pricing, stock and orders, all fully connected with the EOS platform.
Basic features:
Complete management of products, their variants, prices and categories
Stock levels, an overview of margins, goods receipts and goods issues
Setting availability, payment and delivery methods
Complete order management including status changes and automatic notifications
Advanced filtering and exports for convenient work with data
The Store module is ideal for clubs and organizations that want to sell team clothing, merch or any other products directly through their own system – without the need for an external e-shop.
This add-on feature is suitable especially for large organizations. It allows you to control access within your platform in detail. You can divide it into any number of organizational units and set exactly who has access to what. The main administrator sees everything, but the chairperson of a section, for example, manages only their section, coaches only their teams and the accountant has insight into all the organization’s payments. Everyone has access only to what they need and what belongs to them.
Example – a Sokol unit with 10 sections:
the main administrator has full access to all the data of the whole organization
the chairpersons of individual sections manage members, payments, events and so on only for their own sections, they cannot see into others
the coaches of the teams of individual sections are in charge only of the members of their teams, everything else is hidden from them
the head coach of a section has access to all the teams of the section
the accountant has access only to payments, but of the whole organization
and so on (any number of permission levels can be created and set)
The module allows organizations to set in detail what member types exist — for example “Regular member", "Guest player“, „Coach“, „Volunteer“ and so on. For each type you can then set in detail what data will be required from them; you can assign them custom fields, obligations, age limits and other rules so that the records correspond exactly to the reality of your organization.
The module also includes the management of representative types (e.g. parents of children). You can create your own representative types, set their mandatory data and link them with different member types – so you determine who can represent whom.
What the module allows:
Creating an unlimited number of custom member types (natural persons)
Setting custom fields, obligations and age limits
Creating representative types and determining whom they can represent
Setting the automatic assignment of types according to age
Adapting the membership records precisely to how your organization works
This module further extends the options for member records (similarly to the Member types – natural persons module) and allows you to also create legal entities – for example partner organizations, units, sections, companies or institutions. Legal entities have their own data structure (company ID, name, address…), so they can be kept differently from natural members.
What the module allows:
Creating member types that are legal entities
Setting their own fields and mandatory data
Creating representatives of legal entities and linking them with member types
Combining records of both natural and legal members into one system
Adapting the records even for more complex organizations with several levels of management
The Networking module makes it easier for people to connect with each other at events, tournaments, conferences and within the everyday running of the organization. It allows members to fill in their profiles, search for the profiles of others and view their contact details. It is ideal for events with a larger number of participants or for larger organizations that want to actively connect their members – everyone quickly finds out who is who, and connecting and building the community is thus much more effective.
What the module allows:
Filling in the networking profile of a member/participant
Easily finding and displaying the contact details of another member/participant involved in networking
Suitable for conferences, tournaments, camps, seminars, networking events or for the organization’s internal purposes
It increases the connectedness of the community and makes communication across the organization easier
The Data sensitivity module allows you to set in more detail who in your organization can see selected personal information about members – for example phone numbers, addresses, health data or other sensitive information. Thanks to that you easily ensure compliance with GDPR and limit access only to the roles that really need it. The EOS platform assigns each data type a sensitivity leveland grants users access according to their roles in the team/group or in the whole organization. So everyone always sees only what they really are supposed to see.
The module is ideal for larger clubs and other membership organizations that want to work safely, clearly and with a minimum of risk.
What the module allows:
Hiding sensitive data from individual roles (coaches, assistants, section leaders, volunteers and so on)
Setting exactly who can work with specific data
Automatically taking into account the role in the team, section or whole organization
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal rules
The option to extend the number of sensitivity levels for the organization’s special needs
Do you need a tailor-made data export from EOS? We can program any export of members, payments, events, consents or attendance exactly for the needs of your organization.
Use:
as a basis/report for umbrella organizations (just like the exports for the NSA and ČUS that are available to everyone in EOS)
as a basis/report for your town, region, …
We also offer bespoke development of features or a tailor-made API.
An export prepared in the format needed for the import into ČOS.
The EOS platform allows card payments through the GoPay gateway. So besides payments by transfer using a QR code or payments from member accounts you can also offer members the benefit of easy card payment via the web platform and the EOS mobile app. For that, a contract with GoPay needs to be concluded on behalf of your organization. However, we arrange the whole process for you.
For all EOS clients we have managed to negotiate favourable conditions with GoPay – the fees deducted from each payment range from 0.90 to 2.40 % depending on the card type.
Your own branded app with its own name and listing in Google Play, the AppStore and Huawei Gallery.
An initial or project analysis of the organization, consultations
Additional training online or in person

When acquiring the platform or a module of the EOS platform you do not pay any activation fee. Only a regular annual fee according to the number of active members is paid. It can also be paid monthly or quarterly. However, annual payment is the most worthwhile, as we offer the biggest discount there. In the month in which we conclude the contract we will invoice you the fee for the first period. The period starts from the following month.
Only active members are counted towards the fee (see the previous answer). When acquiring the platform you tell us the expected number of your active members for the first year.
If the number of your members increased during the year and exceeded the prepaid limit, you would move to a higher tariff and we would invoice you the difference. The fee for the next year will then again be calculated before the next billing period according to the current number of active members.
So if the number of members in your platform decreased, you do not have to report anything to us and we will automatically send you an invoice for a lower tariff for the next period.
We understand situations where something is inadvertently overlooked or a mistake happens, or where there is some known problem on the client’s side. Communication is what matters. Let us know what is going on. In any case, in the event of problems we give you some extra time before the platform is blocked (the service contract sets a limit of a maximum of 45 days in arrears).
No. Partly because of our commitment to the ISO 27001 standard we keep things in order. The contract is concluded between us and your organization, for which you use the service. So the fee is also invoiced to your organization.
If you wish to change the payment e.g. from monthly to annual, let us know at least one month before the start of the next period at [email protected]. If your billing or other related details change, please inform us as soon as possible.
