If a member uses the mobile app, they get an instant notification there. If they don’t read it in the app within 4 hours, it’s sent to their email as well. If the member doesn’t use the app or hasn’t logged in for the last two weeks, the notification is sent to their email immediately.
How notifications work in general
The EOS Platform sends all members a range of useful notifications – about payments, events, posts on walls and so on. These arrive in the mobile app, or by e-mail.
Notifications for external participants / applicants are sent to their email.
The following is a table with all implemented notifications related to Signups. All notifications are also sent to members via email if they don't open them in the app.
