Price per signup – credit system

The Signup module is available to all organizations as part of the standard license. Member registration is also free. Registration for external participants (the public) is charged in credits.

Pricing Model

  • entire module and form creation: within the standard license (no additional payment)

  • participant registration – your member (already registered in the platform): free

  • participant registration – non-member (external, not registered in your platform): 1 credit

Pricing

  • 25 to 499 credits = 0.89 EUR / credit

  • 500 to 999 credits = 0.80 EUR / credit (10% discount)

  • 1,000 to 4,999 credits = 0.67 EUR / credit (25% discount)

  • 5,000 and more credits = 0.45 EUR / credit (50% discount)

Order

You can order credits for external participants directly in the module Management > Signups > More > Overview of crefits. Click on the button Top up credits. You will receive an invoice, and after it is paid, the credits will be added to your account.

Any lack of credits will not prevent you from registering participants. Participants will not know the difference and will be able to log in. You just won't see all the information they have filled in. These will be displayed after the credits have been purchased.

Working with signup participants

Both your members and the public can apply through applications. You have the option to approve or reject individual steps, filter participants, and continue working with them, for example, by turning them into permanent members.

Permissions and Access

To order credits, permission for the module Signups is required.
