Besides appearing next to a signup in the catalogue, tags let administrators filter signups.
You can access the module in Management > Settings > Signups > Tags.
Click the button with the “+” icon.
In the dialog that appears, enter the name of the new tag (e.g. sport, art, camp, summer camp, course, seminar).
Choose a colour.
Set Display in the signup catalogue:
Ticked = the tag will be publicly visible to applicants next to the signup + you can use it to filter signups.
Not ticked = applicants will not see the tag, but you can still filter signups by it.
Press the OK button to create the new tag.
You add a tag to a signup directly in the settings of the specific signup. In the Tags field, select one or more tags.
Signup settings and creating steps
After creating the application, it’s necessary to set its details and create individual steps that the applicants will fill out.
Managing signup tags requires permission in the Settings and Signups modules.
