Signup settings and creating steps
After creating the application, it’s necessary to set its details and create individual steps that the applicants will fill out.
The action must be completed for the applicant to proceed to the next step or to provide the required information for the current step.
Click on the link Requires action (or the orange icon with an exclamation mark next to the respective step), and a dialog will open with the applicant's filled information.
Click on Approve, if everything is in order.
Click on Reject, if the information is not in order, and fill in Rejection type:
request change – the applicant will receive a notification asking them to complete/change the information in the respective step (it's also mandatory to enter a Reason for the change request)
permanently reject – a rejection that can only be reversed by restoring the participant by the application administrator – you can specify a Reason for rejection
You can work with the registered users either one by one or in bulk.
Right-click or use the context menu (3 dots) and the following options will appear:
Mark as substitute
Convert to member (for external participants) – allows you to turn an external participant/prospect into a member of your organization
A dialog will appear where you can fill in additional required details to create the member
Click Save and the member will be created in the database
Member database
A database of all your members including any representatives they may have – both active and inactive. It offers search, advanced filtering, import and a wide range of exports.
Reject – they will receive information about the rejection and it won't block the application capacity
Restore (for rejected applicants) – action to restore a permanently rejected applicant
Check the boxes next to the participants you want to apply bulk actions to and click on Bulk actions. The following options will be displayed:
Add to roster / team / group – add the registered participants from the given registration to a previously created team/group in the EOS Platform.
Add a tag (only for members already in your database, not external participants) – you can add tags that you previously created in Settings - Registrations - Tags to the registered participants.
Permanently reject – a bulk rejection option where the applicant is informed of the rejection and won't block the application capacity
Restore – restoring selected rejected participants
Export of application participants will be available soon.
Members receive notifications as usual in the mobile app or via email. External applicants/participants receive email notifications.
