# How to start with EOS – instructions for members/representatives

This article contains templates you can share with your members and/or their representatives. These are instructions on how to start working with the EOS Platform. Adjust the template as needed. An effective approach is to post it as an article on your website or share it in another way that suits you.

## How to Invite Members/Representatives

First, you need to make an internal decision on how you will introduce members/representatives to your platform. Instructions will vary accordingly:

1.  **Import the membership base and send invitations to members in bulk.**  
    _Suitable in most cases - when you have a spreadsheet with your members and you know who is actually working for you and you want to have them in the platform._
    
2.  Members will now register via the platform's online registration form.  
    Suitable if you want to clean up your membership base and have individual members registered to work in the platform.
    

> **Success:** In any case, members can complete the whole process directly in the mobile app.

## Instruction Templates for Members/Representatives

Choose option 1) or 2), or consult with your EOS representative. Based on your decision, copy (or modify) one of the templates and share it with the members/representatives:

### 1) EOS Platform – Instructions for Creating an Account

We have decided to handle administration and communication through the EOS Platform from now on. This way you will have all the information in one place, in one app. We now need your cooperation for this. Please register **yourself** (if you are a member) or your child (if they are a member):

How to do it:

1.  Download the EOS app for clubs and communities to your mobile device on [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.eos.clubzone.member) or [Apple](https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/eos-for-clubs-and-communities/id1603816019).
    
2.  **Wait** until you receive an invitation to the EOS platform via the email address you use for communication with us.
    
3.  **Click** on **Create Account** in the incoming email.  
    _If you already have the mobile app installed, you'll be redirected to it. Otherwise, the process will be completed through your web browser._
    
4.  **Fill in** the required additional information.
    
5.  **Repeat** steps 2–4 if you have more family members registered with us.
    
6.  **Wait** for the management to approve the completed information.
    
7.  **All done!** From now on, we will manage schedules, attendance, excuses, payments, consents, and all other communication in the EOS app.

### 2) EOS Platform – Registration Instructions

How to do it:

1.  **Read** the instructions in the registration form and **fill out** the required information.
    
2.  Download the EOS app for clubs and communities to your mobile device on [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cz.eos.clubzone.member) or [Apple](https://apps.apple.com/cz/app/eos-for-clubs-and-communities/id1603816019).
    
3.  **Wait** for the registration confirmation, after which you will receive an invitation to our EOS platform at the provided email.
    
4.  **Click** on **Create Account** in the email you received.  
    _If you already have the mobile app installed, you will be redirected to it. Otherwise, the process will continue in your web browser._
    
5.  **Provide** additional required information.
    
6.  **Wait** until the completed information is approved by the administration.
    
7.  **Repeat** steps 1 and 3–5 if you want to register another member.
    
8.  **All done!** From now on, we will handle event schedules, attendance and excuses, payments, consents, and all other communications through the EOS app.
