First, you need to make an internal decision on how you will introduce members/representatives to your platform. Instructions will vary accordingly:
Import the membership base and send invitations to members in bulk.
Suitable in most cases - when you have a spreadsheet with your members and you know who is actually working for you and you want to have them in the platform.
Members will now register via the platform's online registration form.
Suitable if you want to clean up your membership base and have individual members registered to work in the platform.
Choose option 1) or 2), or consult with your EOS representative. Based on your decision, copy (or modify) one of the templates and share it with the members/representatives:

How to do it:
Download the EOS app for clubs and communities to your mobile device.
Wait until you receive an invitation to the EOS platform via the email address you use for communication with us.
Click on Create Account in the incoming email.
If you already have the mobile app installed, you'll be redirected to it. Otherwise, the process will be completed through your web browser.
Fill in the required additional information.
Repeat steps 2–4 if you have more family members registered with us.
Wait for the management to approve the completed information.
All done! From now on, we will manage schedules, attendance, excuses, payments, consents, and all other communication in the EOS app.
If you are downloading the mobile app just now, add our organization to it using the location or QR/numerical code, which you can find in the web version of the platform.

Wait for the registration confirmation, after which you will receive an invitation to our EOS platform at the provided email.
Click on Create Account in the email you received.
If you already have the mobile app installed, you will be redirected to it. Otherwise, the process will continue in your web browser.
Provide additional required information.
Wait until the completed information is approved by the administration.
Repeat steps 1 and 3–5 if you want to register another member.
All done! From now on, we will handle event schedules, attendance and excuses, payments, consents, and all other communications through the EOS app.
