First, settings need to be made in your internet banking and a certificate downloaded, which you then upload to EOS.

In the top navigation of internet banking, select Settings (the cog icon)
Then in the left menu select Certificate management > New certificate
Certificate generation form – Step 1
Certificate name - for your information (e.g. “EOS”)
Certificate password - enter any password, it can be randomly generated, but make a note of it - you will enter it in the settings in the EOS Platform
Password again - repeat the password you are creating
Account selection - for the account or accounts you want to download data from, tick the Transaction history box - nothing more is needed
tick the consent and click Continue
Certificate generation form – Step 2
just confirm by clicking the Sign button, confirm the action the same way as when confirming a payment
The certificate has been generated - on the following screen click Download certificate. You then upload this file into the EOS settings.
The basis is an account already correctly created in Settings > Bank accounts and cash registers.
Bank accounts and cash registers
Add your bank accounts or a cash register for cash to the payment profile so that you can then generate payments for members.
Go to Management > Settings > Banking API.
In the Available APIs section, click Raiffeisenbank. A dialog opens where you:
upload the downloaded certificate file
enter the password, see point 3) of the previous section
save the certificate with the password
Then it remains to assign the accounts whose transaction history is to be downloaded via the given certificate (the accounts must be authorized in internet banking for the given certificate, see point 3) of the previous section)
Under Active APIs you will see an item with the name of your bank and information on whether the connection is authenticated.
Click Assign bank account and select the relevant account.
More information about API connections, including frequently asked questions, can be found in a separate article.
Banking API
The EOS platform can be connected via API to practically all banks in European Union countries for automatically downloading transactions and pairing them with created payments.
