To access data from the FIS floorball information system, you first need to place an order in one of these two places:
directly in FIS under the menu Club > Data for clubs
via the website weby-klubum.cz (In the order, select that you are interested in “Online data only” and as the system used “Other”)
Once you have the data prepaid, you will receive the so-called Club identifier, which you use to link with EOS.
Go to Management > Czech Floorball FIS and via the More menu select Connected clubs. Using the "+" button, open the Connect new club dialog and enter the club identifier there. Several clubs can be connected to one EOS platform.
If everything goes well, the row with the newly connected club is written straight into the table and you can return to the previous screen, where the next step needs to be taken.
As soon as the FIS data for the new season is available, you will be able to connect it to the platform for your club. You do this on the home screen of the Czech Floorball FIS module by clicking the "+" button. If you have several clubs added, you select the club and then the season in FIS you want to connect.
In the FIS DATA column, click through the record with the name of your club, which was created there. You will find a list of your FIS squads there, and after clicking set in the LINK TO TEAMS column, choose which teams from the EOS platform you want to link to the given FIS squad. Here you can also set how often you want the data from FIS to be synchronized automatically with EOS and what event type the matches downloaded from FIS should be created with in the platform.
What is more, one FIS squad can be linked to several teams in EOS! And conversely, you can also link several FIS squads to just one team.
