Links to the list of your e-applications, nominations and organizing are in the left side menu of the Member zone.
These events usually have detailed parameters set, such as the signup deadline or capacity. E-applications or nominations are also often linked to a specific payment (or payments), which is generated automatically for confirmed participants. For the organizing kind of event, a bonus (in money or points) can be assigned instead, which is automatically credited to participants’ member accounts.
After signing up for an e-application or organizing, you still need to wait for confirmation by the management. Only then does the member become an approved participant. For a nomination, by contrast, specific individuals are already nominated and they only accept or decline the nomination. Once they accept, they become confirmed participants.
E-applications
An e-application is one of the four types of events that can be created in the EOS platform. They can be linked with an automatic payment for the participants and their most frequent use is for training camps, camps or, for example, seminars.
Nominations/invitations
A nomination (in the non-sports variant of the platform an Invitation) is one of the four types of events that can be created in the platform. It is useful above all when you want to invite specific people from across the organization to a given event.
Organizing
Organizing is one of the four types of events that can be created in the EOS platform. It comes in handy if you are organizing an event and need to secure help from your members, or possibly reward them for their help.
