# Team attendance

As a team manager, you can manage the attendance of members – record it for individual events and view summary statistics.

## **Where to find the attendance overview**

Click on the team wall, and in the top navigation bar, you’ll see a link with the team’s average attendance percentage. Click on it.

## **How to work with the overview**

- Select the **period** for which you want to see attendance statistics.

- Events can be filtered by their **type**.

> **Success:** Attendance for events is tracked for both regular participants and team admins (event admins) – these categories are displayed separately in the table.

- Statistics can be **exported here** and further worked with in raw data. You’ll just need **permissions for the Rosters and Events modules** at least for reading.

- Batch export for multiple teams is available in **Management > Events**.

> **Info:** If your team has some members whose attendance isn’t tracked by default, they’ll only appear in the overview if you select the option All participants.

Creating the roster / team composition

Create the composition of individual teams – assign both regular members and the coaching staff or team administrators to teams. Team administrators then have extended permissions on the team wall in the members’ section

## Managing and working with attendance

[

Attendance management

For events that have attendance tracking enabled, members can gradually sign up, giving you a real-time overview of who is attending and who is excusing themselves. You can then save the attendance, and it will be recorded in the team statistics.

## **Access**

Attendance can be viewed by anyone who:

- Is part of the **team administrators** of the given team.

- Has permissions in the Management module for **Teams (at least read-only)** and also in the module **Events (read and write)**. Access scope must be **complete**.
