# Team member list

A list of all team members with all important information on a single screen. Each member sees only the information they are authorized to view.

## **Where to find the member list**

Open the team's wall and click the link with the member count in the navigation.

## **What the list contains**

The team administrator has all personal and contact information in one place, as well as data on member payments and files uploaded for the member. For younger members, contact information for parents is also available here.

The data can be conveniently displayed in the member preview by clicking on the member's avatar.

Regular members see only basic information. They see the phone number and email address only if the member has not set these details as hidden.

> **Info:** It is also generally possible to enable enhanced privacy mode for the organization, so that this sensitive data is automatically hidden from regular members. Let us know if you're interested.

Members with access to the Management section have the option at the bottom of the preview to click through directly to editing the member, their payments, or to upload a medical certificate or another file for them.

## Team groups

The team can be further divided into groups that can be worked with separately.

## Export

Team members with all relevant information can be exported to XLSX.

> **Info:** The export also includes the assignment of members to individual team groups.

## **Access**

The team member list can be viewed by every member belonging to the team. However, the data they have access to varies based on their access level or permissions for the Management section.

-   **Regular members** see only the name, age, phone, and email (unless the member has set these contact details as hidden in their profile).
    
-   **Administrators** of the team and members with permission for **Management > Rosters** (at least read access, with access scope set to **complete**) see additional details such as date of birth, number of unpaid payments, or validity of the medical certificate.
