# How to switch between multiple members

Under one user account, you can easily manage multiple members. This means you can have several children linked to your account and switch between them effortlessly. This works both in the web version and in the mobile app.

Once your email address is linked to multiple accounts on the platform (e.g., two kids), there are two ways to switch between them. If you can't see the options to switch members, it means you don’t have the correct members assigned. In that case, please contact the administration.

## **Where can I find the switch option**

It depends on whether you're using the web version of the platform or the mobile app.

### **Web version**

1.  On the My Overview screen, click the **Switch member** link under your name.
    
2.  Or click your avatar in the top right corner, and you'll see the option there too.
    

### **Mobile app**

You can find the switch option on the **Profile** screen or use shortcuts:

-   Tap on your name on the Overview screen
    
-   Double tap on your avatar in the bottom navigation.
