Once your email address is linked to multiple accounts on the platform (e.g., two kids), there are two ways to switch between them. If you can't see the options to switch members, it means you don’t have the correct members assigned. In that case, please contact the administration.
It depends on whether you're using the web version of the platform or the mobile app.
On the My Overview screen, click the Switch member link under your name.
Or click your avatar in the top right corner, and you'll see the option there too.
You can find the switch option on the Profile screen or use shortcuts:
Tap on your name on the Overview screen
Double tap on your avatar in the bottom navigation.
