Go to the section Management > Permissions.
In this module, you will find the preset permission Main Administrator. This permission cannot be edited and is meant for people in the organization who should have read and write access to all modules on the platform. However, you can create as many custom permissions as you like, where you define exactly what rights they include.
In the top right corner of the screen, click the button with the “+” icon.
Set your own name for the new permission.
For example, you can describe the purpose of this permission in the Description.
Select the Access Scope, which defines what data a member with this permission will have access to for the modules Members, Teams and Walls, Rosters, Events, Requests, Documents, and Mailing.
Full access - allows the member to access all data within the club.
Restricted access - allows the member to access data only within the team/group where they are assigned as a manager on the Roster.
Granting access to the modules Planning Calendar, Payments, Transactions, Member Accounts, Consents, Places, Permissions, Settings, Platform Configuration, Setting for seasons, Banners, Logs, Signups gives the member permission to view or manage all data within the module. Access to these modules does not depend on the Access Scope settings.
The permissions for the module Walls and bulettin boards only affect the member's options within the Member Section.
Next, set the Permissions
Default - no access
Read - the member will be able to read and view data within the given permission but won't be able to modify anything
Read and Write - the member can read and modify data within the given permission
Press the Save button to save.
After clicking on the specific permission
switch from Authority to Members
In the search field, enter the name of the member to whom you want to assign the permission
click on their name.
A brief description of what each module brings you.
Members
Management of the member database including their representatives. The module provides all stored information about individual members. Exporting data is also possible. Carefully consider who you grant access to this module.
Teams
Team management and the ability to configure their communication walls in the member section. Additionally, it is also possible to set up the behavior of teams for the website.
Rosters
Assigning members and administrators to teams, including additional related settings. In combination with the Member Accounts module, a user with these permissions could also set rewards for members of the operational team.
Events
Management of events (creation, modification, cancellation) and calendars, as well as handling event participants or bulk export of attendance records.
Requirements Management
Managing requirements for management (new registrations, data updates, submitted requests). Combined with the Settings module, it also includes managing request categories.
Documents
Document management (uploading, determining who can view it, whether it's active, deleting) shared with the entire club or specific teams – based on the member's access rights.
Mailing
Sending messages to the entire club, individual teams, or just representatives of members from selected teams – based on the member's access rights. These are emails (not posts on team/group walls).
Planning Calendar
An overview of all events across the entire club. A member with this permission can only manage events they have access to through the Events module.
Payments
Creating and managing Groups of payments and individual payments for both members and non-members. Together with permissions for the Events module, you can assign payment groups to specific events. Permissions for handling transactions linked to payments (e.g., downloaded via API from a bank account) are set separately.
Transactions
Separate permission for managing transactions that are automatically downloaded via API from bank accounts or created manually. To link transactions to payments, permissions for writing to both the Transactions module and the Payments module are required.
Member Accounts
Managing virtual member accounts used for granting and tracking rewards, overpayments, or even fines. Combined with access to the Rosters module (Team Composition), the member can also assign rewards to the support team.
Consents
Managing consents, including an overview and management of individual consents given by members. Possibility to export given consents.
Places
Database of places where the organization operates.
Permissions
Management of permission levels for access to modules within the platform, including assigning members to specific roles. Access to this module should only be granted to the organization's top management.
Settings
Combined with specific modules, this permission enables further configuration of these modules. To make changes, write permissions for both modules are required. For example, combining the permissions for Settings and Payments (both with write access) allows the member to create and manage bank accounts, cash registers, bank APIs, and payment labels.
Platform Configuration
Management and overview of basic organizational data and advanced platform configuration.
Seasons
Management of seasons during which the club can (but doesn’t have to) operate. On the platform, there can only be one active season. In the case of at least read-only access, a member with this permission can browse the season history in the member section.
Banners
Management of banners displayed on individual walls within the member section, including an overview of basic statistics on views and clicks.
Logs
Access to the history of changes in the records of individual modules, as well as an overview of emails sent from the platform.
Applications
Creation and management of application forms, their steps, and the approval of participants – including both members and people from the general public.
Czech Floorball FIS
The possibility in the Czech Floorball FIS module to manage pairing with FIS. Additionally, access to the list of coaches, referees, delegates, and club leaders with a Czech Floorball license.
All Walls
Access to all communication walls in the member section, with the ability to manage the content of walls and noticeboards. This permission is useful when a member generally doesn't have access to all teams, but it's necessary for them to see, or manage/moderate, all communication walls.
Permission to read and write in the “Permissions” module is required to manage Permissions.
